Excellent experience here last night. I've been looking for a great Vietnamese restaurant and this fits the bill. Small staff so things slow down a bit when busy but no complaints. Everything was delicious.
Went here for the first time last week and it was surprisingly good. The service was okay ( waiters were friendly and approachable but they did forget somethings). The decor and ambiance is really nice and could be a great low key date spot. Overall, I would recommend!

Great food and great service run by very kind people. Their smoothies are incredibly flavorful. Their pho manages to be hearty and spirited while achieving the right balance of herbaceous and zesty. Their shaking beef is my personal favorite and definitely worth trying, it's what i get every time now. The atmosphere's nice, and manages to be both slightly chic while also having a personal feel to it. A real gem of a place, I can't recommend Spring enough. As a bonus, props to the owner who can and will memorize anything and everything you order, and deliver all of it without missing a thing.
I stopped in here on a work trip and ordered a Vietnamese coffee and Pho. The place was quiet, but busy with several people picking up orders and sitting down for dinner. My food came out quickly, and the food was fresh and hot. It was a great bowl of Pho, and I'll be back for sure.
